Abstract

Trenching of the previously delineated zones of anomalous gold geochemistry. The costean over the western group of anomalies confirmed that the geochemistry is anomalous though values obtained are not the same order as obtained from the vacuum drilling. It is believed that economic mineralisation is likely to occur at the intersect of the main shear zone and the antiformal iron stone bodies. This area is not exposed at the surface.
