| Abstract: | The licence area is crossed by the Zapopan anticline which has particular importance in the region. Exploration, comprising geological mapping and geochemical rock chip soil sampling, concluded in very encouraging results, and revealed occurrence of god mineralisation along the western portion of the Zapopan anticline. 52 rock chip and 40 soil samples were collected and assayed for Au, As, Ag and occasionally for Cu. Many samples returned highly anomalous Au values as high as 13.7 ppm. |
