Abstract

No major uranium mineralisation were found in the El Hussen, Black and White or Banana Range-Cretaceous Cap Area. A mineralised zone is suggested in the Terrace Mountain Area however further work will be required before the trend could be considered a drill target. In the Pandanus Creek Area 48 radiometric anomalies were selected for ground checking. Sixteen anomalies were recommended for further follow-up work after ground checking. The results were generally disappointing identifying only very weak, single-point anomalies.
