Abstract

This report details activities undertaken to search for diamond bearing kimberlite intrusive rocks. This work included the interpretation of heavy mineral sampling data from the previous reporting period and follow-up gravel and bulk drainage sampling. An evaluation of the previous sampling data indicated low-density chromite anomaly. Bulk sampling produced a negetive result. No encouragement for the discovery of a primary diamond-bearing kimberlite and no further work is warranted.
