| Abstract: | The tenement was taken up for diamonds and was evaluated by stream sediment sampling. The samples obtained numerous basaltic chromites derived from the Antrim Plateau Volcanics. Three samples contained chromites of possible kimberlite affinity were followed up with detailed stream sediment samples. Results of this survey obtained numerous chromites of basaltic affinity. |
