Abstract: | A reconnaissance programme consisting of 28 stream sediment and rock chip samples delineated a N-S trending ridge in the NW of the licence as an area of gold anomalism. A subsequent soil sampling and trenching programme outlined a small very high grade zone, with a peak channel sample of 90.1 g-t Au, with the adjacent 3.62 g-t Au. One kilometre east of the ridge an area of copper anomalism was defined, returning a maximum assay of 24% Cu. Two small trenches over the area returned a maximum assay of 4.1% Cu. |
