Abstract: 3 areas of gold anomalism were gridded and soil sampled. 91 samples were collected. Maximum values consisted of 70 infill samples returning a peak assay of 77ppb Au. All three anomalies were confirmed, however anomaly 2 is a coherent anomaly. All anomalies are associated with ferruginous quartz reefs containing gold. These reefs are sufficient to explain the anomaly. 43 rock chip samples were collected from the quartz reefs returning a maximum value of 2.7gltAu. An additional 21 channel samples were collected from small ferruginous quartz veins not adequately tested by the soil program. In the east of the licence an antiformal axis was defined by a heliborne magnetic survey. This fold was followed up by 179 RAB holes. No gold mineralization was defined.
