Combined Mineral Exploration Report EL 8118, EL 8119 and EL 8166 for the period 12 May 1993 to 11 May 1994

Abstract

Work completed included the acquisition and interpretation of a seismic survey plus bulk sampling and 12 trenches in a locality referred to as the Hook within EL 8118. The bulk sampling program at the Hook recovered 72 diamonds (6.5735Cts). Gold values were also elevated. The digital data pertains to Cambridge Gulf's 1994 shallow marine seismic survey for their permits within the NT. The purpose for the survey was to delineate palaodrainages to be tested for alluvial diamonds.
