| Abstract: | Six steeply dipping barite veins occur in the Kirrkimbie (or Kirkimbie) Yard area, two of which are being mined. The estimate of barite resources to a depth of 20m is approximately 475 000 tonnes. Currently feasibility studies are underway for development of these resources. |
