Abstract: | At Gandy's Hill North the results from the ground magnetic survey proved inconclusive. Soil sampling (25m grid) of area produced anomalous values to 3.6g-t gold in the SW corner in an area thought to underlain by granite it is thought that these values reflect transported material from Gandy's Hill to the south. This was confirmed by RC drilling. No significant anomalies were recorded over the Enterprise Anticline Extension. Trenching generally confirmed the soil results. RC drilling of the Enterprise Anticline Extension intersected abundant quartz and sulphides gold values were disappointing. Structural features reported include: Enterprise anticline and International anticline. |
