Title: | EL 5304, report for the area relinquished 28 May 1989. |
Title Holder / Company: | Asarco Gold Tennant Creek Project |
Report id: | CR1989-0556 |
Tenure: | EL5304 |
Year: | 1989 |
Author: | Peterson, A |
Abstract: | The report summarises work carried out over relinquished blocks. Geochemical surveys outlined three anomalous zones in this areas. The gold anomaly between Peko and Juno mines is believed to be caused by anomalous road fill or dispersion of anomalous material along haulage roads. The southern anomalous zone was low order and not followed up. Follow up by RC drilling of the anomalous zone around the International Prospect did not return any value greater than 1gpt gold. As some potential exists for mineralisation the area has been secured by mineral claims. |
