| Abstract: | Suspected gossans containing interesting values of lead and zinc, were proved to be part of an extensive deposit of secondary ironstone and Billy (silcrete). The Billy ironstone deposit is an alteration product of the Waterbag Creek Formation. The ironstone section of the deposit contains workable deposits of low limonite ore. |
