| Abstract: | The work undertaken in this anniversary period consisted of a review of available data and the analysis of drill chips belonging to WMC's programme in the area prior to Nicron holding the leases. Assay results from the rock chips were not considered significant. The initial anomalous response for gold is believed due to supergene enrichment resulting in a sporadic nuggety gold. The likelihood of an economic deposit is remote. |
