Abstract: | The tenement was targetted for its diamond and uranium potential. Three -2mm stream sediment samples were collected, two of which contained chromites, up to 9 fragments. Three -80# stream samples were obtained, but no significant anomalism obtained. Five mineralised samples were collected from a vein-style copper working and assays to 15.5% Cu and 41.5ppm. Two areas were covered by a detailed helicopter aeromagnetic/radiometric survey, the higher uranium counts obtained reflect known uranium workings. |
