Abstract: | A radiometric anomaly was ground checked and found to be related to a minor gigantic dyke. The Gossan Hill and Fairway Prospects were partly rock chip sampled and geologically mapped. Minor Bi and Cu anomalism was obtained. The Ganymede prospect, which extends into the adjacent tenement EL9645, was evaluated by a magnetic and gravity survey and shows up as a distinct anomaly. The prospect was drilled by both open hole percussion and RC drilling which indicate significant copper and to a lesser extent Au anomalism. Best result obtained was from hole GMP8 and contained 29m @ 3.82% Cu and 0.33g-t Au. |
