Abstract: Ground magnetic surveys were conducted in the Edna Beryl and Olympus West prospect areas with the aim of locating magnetic low features similar to that at the Edna Beryl deposit. Rock chip sampling of old pits at the Klondyke East prospect returned weakly anomalous results from haematite-jasper-quartz ironstone outcrops ie. 0.6g-t Au, 19ppm Bi. Within the Olympus West prospect area a minor soil sample program was conducted over a magnetic low feature, results indicate a low but coincident Bi, Ag and Cu anomaly. Rock chip sampling in the area showed minor anomalism ie. 0.04g-t Au, 219ppm Cu and 16ppm Bi. A feasibility study of the Edna Beryl is continuing and it is concluded that with the current gold price the eastern shoot is measured.
