| Abstract: | A broad radiometric anomaly was field checked with a scintillometer and by lowering the scintillometer down six auger holes totalling 50 feet. Soil samples from the holes were assayed for uranium; the highest recorded was 2 ppm, the lowest limit of detection. The area was considered unfavourable for uranium and for other types of mineralisation and surrendered. |
