Abstract: This report documents exploration activities on AP 2377, containing barite mineralisation, which occurs in the Antrim Plateau Volcanics. At Thompsons and Pony Pocket prospects mineralisation was tested with diamond drilling and costeaning. Samples recovered were assayed. Average specific gravity of barite from the Dorisvale area is about 4.4 and contains silica and strontium. Mineralisation thought to be hydrothermal but with no alteration in host rocks. A total resource of 1,415,000 tones of barite was estimated.
