Abstract: | Airborne magnetics were flown over portions of EL 7557, EL 7558, EL 7559 and EL 8874 at a 250m line spacing and 60m terrain clearance. Regolith mapping was completed to assist with interpretation of geochemical results. 825 lag samples were taken from areas where it was deemed suitable returning a maximum assay of 5ppb Au. Elevated Cr values were deemed to be associated with ultramafics. 28 RC holes returned no significant assays. 5 lag samples were taken from areas believed to be of possible kimberlitic origin because of their magnetic signature. No kimberlitic affinities were outlined. |
