Abstract: 2250 line km of helimagnetics at 100m line spacing were collected over the Emperor No.1 and No. 2 anomalies. 2 major magnetic bulls eyes were identified as were several smaller linear anomalies and structural breaks. 2 lines of gravity (150 stations) were collected over the Emperor No. 1 and No. 2. Other work included 40 soil samples, a 979 hole (12967m) regional vacuum-aircore sampling program, with an infill drill program at Emperor's 1-3 totalling 17389m. The regional geochemical program revealed a complex cover sequence where there are deep palaeochannels draining palaeotopographic highs. The drilling outlined 3 additional areas of geochemical-geophysical anomalism (Emperors 5-7) and 6 minor anomalies warranting follow up. The infill sampling at Emperor 3 has outlined a Au-Bi anomaly over a 8 x 1.5km area open to the west. A second anomaly occurs immediately to the east over a 9 x 1.5km area. Areas separated by a second site exclusion zone. This anomalism is coincident with the interpreted magnetic stratigraphy and regional faulting. Results for Emperor 1 and 2 are outstanding.
