Abstract

Available open file airborne magnetic-radiometric data was acquired and processed to identify possible kimberlitic diatremes. 8 anomalies were identified. 2 anomalies were associated with basalt and a third with dolerite. The remaining 5 anomalies were followed up by ground magnetics. This work suggested that the anomalies were not associated with a pipe like source. 1 gravel and 2 loam samples were also collected. Results are outstanding.41 -80# stream samples and 1 rock chip sample were collected. Assays were of low tenor.
