Abstract: | In the initial lag sampling program, 449 lag samples were collected. This survey outlined an area of anomalous geochemical response in the NE of the licence. Follow up consisted of 128 lag samples on a 200 x 100m spacing. This defined a cluster of anomalous trending N-S over 2500x1000m with a peak response of 355ppb Au. In addition 209 .2mm soil samples were collected. This work agreed substantially with the lag sampling though the anomaly defined was more coherent. Bedrock RAB drilling (65 holes-265m) returned sporadic results (max 26ppb). These results did reflect the lag response. Angled RAB (12 holes 498m) returned a best result of 10m at 0.135 g-t Au. |
