Abstract: | Reconnaissance work completed by NFM indicated that the Geopeko drill holes were mislocated on Geopeko's plans. NFM completed a ground magnetic survey which defined an anomaly of similar shape-intensity as defined by Geopeko but offset 32m north from the plotted position on the plan. A programme of vacuum drilling undertaken by NFM delineated a couple of NWN trending zones of Au-Cu+/- Bi anomalism which paralleled the structure in the area. RAB drilling confirmed the anomalies but failed to highlight any improvement any tenor with depth. (maximum value 0.17g-t Au). |
