| Abstract: | Mapping of Big Boulder-Casey's Nob suggests that these ironstones are fault displaced portions of the original body. Gold anomalism (maximum assay 177ppm Au) is associated with fractures in the ironstone body at Big Boulder. The ironstone body at Porphyry Hills appears to be the result of replacement of sedimentary beds by silica-iron oxide enriched fluids above an upward stoping apophysy of the Airport Porphyry. The iron enriched zone is Cu Bi anomalous and in fresh rock Au anomalous. |
