Abstract: | 9 rock chip samples were collected from the SW corner of the claims as follow up to soil anomalies outlined in 1990. The best result was 3.8g-t Au. Gold mineralization is associated with ferruginous fractured wall rock and quartz at vein margins. 10 open hole percussion drill holes were completed to test the 1990 anomalies. The best result from the drilling was 6.32g-t Au. Follow up reconnaissance drilling is required to identify possible resource targets. |
