| Abstract: | An integrated exploration programme was completed over the Wearyan Shelf Project area. This consisted of a 809 stream sediment samples over EL's 7173, 7191 and 7204 which highlighted 8 discrete base metal anomalous catchments. Rock chip sampling returned several anomalous assays. 2 stratigraphic drill holes were completed, one each in EL7175 and EL7191. Analysis of drill material revealed minor base metal anomalism from the basal unit of the Sly Creek Sandstone in EL7191 and from the Wollogorang Formation within EL7175. 44 gravel samples collected from EL7204 for diamond exploration returned entirely negative results. |
