Abstract: | The report summarises exploration from 1985 to 1989. What work was carried out prior to 1985 is poorly documented. Work has identified three distinct styles of mineralisation. Eastern Lode is the earliest mineralisation event predating major folding. It is typified by thin, podiform quartz limonite veins. Mineralisation is extremely irregular with the appearance of being in part stratabound. Mineralisation represents the remobilisation of gold within gold enriched exhalatives into favourable structural sites eg fold hinges. Main and middle lode along with Western Quartz Blow are similar in style |
