| Abstract: | Stream sediment sampling evaluated most of EL5106 and several anomalous gold results occurred up and downstream of Lake Bennett. Reconnaissance rock samples returned no anomalous gold or base metal results. The source of the gold has not been determined but may include quartz veins within Acacia Gap Quartzite and gold base metal mineralisation South Alligator Group. Koolpin Formation has been shown to slightly anomalous in base metals. |
