Abstract: | EL 2720 is thought to contain variations of the highly prospective Carraman Formation, which hosts the Au-Cu-Bi-Co ironstone mineralisation. Only remote geophysical tools and concepts are thought to be appropriate for locating magnetic ironstones. In the second year of tenure work included data compilation, literature review, geophysical interpretation, and ground magnetic follow up of selected anomalies. In addition a photo-lineament study was undertaken to elucidate the major dislocations and structural boundaries where possible. Results will determine drilling targets. |
