Abstract: | The prime target for exploration were possible outcrops of Tindall Limestone. Several outcrops were located near the northern boundary with EL 1373. The alluvial cover, soil and thick vegetation made to difficult to locate limestone. Red soil indicated limestone at shallow depth. As part of a base metal search, parts of the Burrell Creek Formation and Noltenious Formation were examined for gossans but none were found. A fault between Waterbag Creek Formation and Hinde Dolomite was also examined. As insufficient outcrops of limestone were located the licence was relinquished. |
