Abstract: | Soil sampling in 1990 defined a gold anomalism of 600 x 100m in the vicinity of the Old Copper Workings in the south western part of the block, with a maximum value of 982ppb Au. Part of this anomaly continues into the relinquished block. 21 of the 95 RAB holes drilled in 1991 were drilled in the relinquished block. Drilling showed that the anomalism was sourced in bedrock. The maximum assay was 5m at 0.16g-t Au. |
