Combined Annual Report for the Gecko Group ML's 23969, 31021, 31023 and MLC's 21, 323 - 327, 506, 69, 70, 78 and 85 - 90 GR508 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2019

Abstract

The titles of the Gecko Group were acquired by Evolution Tennant Creek through vesting and restructuring of the TCMF JV with Emmerson Resources during the current reporting period. Evolution Tennant Creek considers the titles included in the reporting group as prospective for Tennant Creek style iron oxide copper-gold deposits (IOCG). Evolution is currently assessing options for divestment of the titles. This combined report records the exploration work completed on these titles during the period from 01 May 2018 to the 30 April 2019. Exploration work during the period was suspended due to delays in the transfer of titles process, primarily associated with a disputed stamp duty assessment and other legal matters.
