Annual Technical Report GR477 Entia Project 2 March 2017 to 1 March 2019 EL 29347, EL 29389

Abstract

This is the second Group Reporting of Core Lithium Ltd's (CXO) Entia Project under the banner of GR 477. It covers the time period of 02 March 2018 to 01 March 2019. It comprises two exploration licences (EL 29347 and EL 29389) held 100% by Uranium Generation Pty Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of CXO. Each of these licences is now in their sixth operational year. Previous reporting was under Group Reporting 358 (Entia), where all Exploration Licences were held in the name of DBL Blues Pty Ltd, also a wholly owned subsidiary of CXO. This previous report included EL 29512 (Daicos), which was surrendered in full upon its fifth anniversary in December 2017. Uranium Generation Pty Ltd was created in February 2017 allowing CXO to streamline their package into specific company's dependant on the commodity being sought, allowing a smoother process for joint ventures etc. No on-ground work was conducted on EL 29347 or EL 29389 during the respective reporting period 02 March 2018 to 01 March 2019. This is largely due to a substantial commitment of resources and funds by CXO to pursue an aggressive resource definition drilling campaign at the Finniss Lithium Project area, proximal to Darwin.
