This is the combined Annual and Final report for EL 33006, formerly part of the reporting group GR 616 'Charley Creek South-East', which is located approximately 35 km North-West from Alice Springs. The license was owned and operated by URO Corporation. EL 33006 forms part of URO Corporations strategy to explore for precious and base metals, uranium, REE's, energy transition metals and PGEs. Multiple deposit style models were considered, including IOCG-U, felsic intrusion-related uranium and rare earths, palaeochannel-related calcrete and redox style secondary uranium, mafic intrusion-related nickel, copper, vanadium and PGEs, and polymetallic metamorphic-related deposits. Work done over the life of the tenement included extensive literature reviews and the interpretation of portable X-ray fluorescence (PXRF) and assay data from prior surface sampling campaigns. This analytical groundwork significantly informed the planning and preparation for subsequent ground sampling and air core (AC) drilling program which was conducted. During the tenure lifetime, a total of 369 samples, including 60 rock and 309 soil samples, were collected from EL 33006. All samples were analysed using SciAps portable XRF, with a number of samples sent for multi-element geochemical analysis. Surface sampling by URO recorded Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) values of 3,015 ppm in URX04001 and 1,691 ppm in URX04002, indicating significant potential for economically viable Rare Earth Element (REE) deposits and highlighting the need for further investigation into mineralisation characteristics. The drilling program in EL 33006 produced significant Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) results. Notably, drill hole URAC0071 had considerable intersections of 1,025 ppm and 3,737 ppm TREO at depths of 12 meters and 20 meters, respectively. Furthermore, URAC0080 demonstrated notable TREO values of up to 1,629 ppm at a depth of 20 meters. These elevated concentrations suggest the presence of a potentially rich mineralisation zone, necessitating further investigation to assess the economic viability of the identified rare earth element deposits. Whilst URO still considers the area to be prospective, a strategic decision was made to relinquish the ground in order to focus exploration efforts and resources on higher-priority tenement areas where more immediate potential has been identified.-
