Abstract: The Burnside Project consists of Exploration Licences 9608, 10347, 23431, 23536, 23540, 23541, 24058, 24351, 24405, 24409, 25295, 10012, 25748 and Exploration Licence in Retention 97 (the licences). The licences are located approximately 95 km to 145 km south east of Darwin and have a combined total area of 782.64 square kilometres. The licences sit within the highly prospective Pine Creek Orogen. The area is known to host various commodities, which includes gold, uranium, base metals, PGE, iron ore, manganese, magnesite, phosphate and diamonds. During the reporting period, Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd (Kirkland) did not conduct any on ground works. Rockland Resources (Rockland) briefly assessed the gold mineralisation and potential within EL 23431, which is owned by PNX Metals where Rockland has the uranium joint venture rights. During this assessment, Rockland collected a total of 3 samples, which were sent for assaying. PNX conducted drilling, IP modelling of historical data, dipole-dipole IP and a heritage clearance.
