Groundrush Project ML 22934 Annual Report period ending 13 September 2019

Abstract

This report describes exploration activities primarily for gold undertaken by Northern Star (Tanami) Pty Ltd over ML 22934 as part of the Groundrush Project between the 14 September 2018 and 13 September 2019. The centre of the Project area is located approximately 600 km northwest of Alice Springs along the Tanami Road and lies 40 km northeast of the Tanami Mill which is currently under care and maintenance. The Groundrush tenement forms part of a larger Joint Venture agreement between Tanami Gold (NT) Pty Ltd ('Tanami NT') and joint venture partner and manager Northern Star (Tanami) Pty Ltd ('Northern Star'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Northern Star Resources Limited. As of 14 September 2018, Northern Star increased their interest from 25% to 40%. Work completed on ML 22934 by Northern Star during the reporting period comprised: Ground gravity survey; Local geological interpretation; Drill program planning; Sacred Site Clearance Application and heritage survey; Reverse Circulation (RC) and Air Core (AC) drill site preparation; Spectral study orientation program design; Drill site rehabilitation. An agreement has been made with Curtin University to establish a mineralisation and host age for the deposit. The dating will occur during the next reporting period.
