Abstract

This report is the second group technical summary of work carried out by Resolution Minerals Ltd (RML, Resolution) on the Benmara Project. A corporate restructure of Resolution Minerals Ltd occurred during the reporting period which led to a detailed review of the prospectivity of the GR599 group of tenements being conducted. Following completion of this review, a decision was reached to formally halt exploration on GR599. A formal application to surrender all tenements (excluding EL 32228 and EL 32883) being lodged to the Office of Mineral Titles, NT Department of Mining and Energy (DME) on 3rd April 2025. No field exploration was conducted at GR599 during the reporting period. Rehabilitation was finalised in May 2025 at sites where the 2023 diamond drilling was conducted. Area reductions of EL 32228 (effective 29 March 2025) and EL 32883 (effective 17 June 2025) to 4 blocks each were lodged with the DME in June. Applications for the full surrender of EL 32228 and EL 32883 were lodged in August 2025.
