This is the first Group Annual report for GR633 (EL 33002 & EL 33285), 'Chilling North' Project, which is located approximately 80-120km south to south-west of Darwin. The licenses are owned and operated by URO Corporation. The project area lies strategically near the Pine Creek Orogen and adjacent to the Birrindudu and Daly Basins, offering significant potential for uranium, lithium, and other energy transition metals, as well as precious and base metals. Despite limited historical exploration, recent field campaigns have highlighted the region's promising geological setting, particularly for unconformity-related uranium and pegmatite-hosted lithium deposits. The tenements are positioned at the northwestern edge of the Pine Creek Geosyncline, in a predominantly flat and low-lying area characterized by Cenozoic alluvial flood plains and unconsolidated sands. Sporadic outcrops include the Palaeoproterozoic Alia Creek Granite Suite, along with quartz blows and pegmatite dykes, which are associated with mineralisation indicative of spodumene and lithium at depth. Aeromagnetic data further suggest a complex structural regime, particularly in the western portion of the area. Field activities in July-August 2023, followed by a subsequent campaign in October 2023, focused on assessing the potential for various mineral deposit styles, including uranium, lithium, and base metals. Despite some access limitations during the initial fieldwork, systematic sampling and reconnaissance mapping were conducted across multiple stations, revealing anomalous values in copper, nickel, zinc, and lithium. In particular, significant lithium and rubidium anomalies were detected near the Two-Sisters granite and Burrell Creek Formation, indicating potential for shallowly buried pegmatite deposits. URO Corporation's exploration strategy for the Chilling North Project aligns with a long-term vision to capitalize on the region's diverse mineral resources. With a focus on utilizing modern geophysical techniques and comprehensive desktop reviews, the project is well-positioned for further exploration success. The proximity to the Bynoe Pegmatite Field and ongoing exploration activities by neighbouring companies underscore the strategic importance of this area in the search for energy transition metals-
