Partial Relinquishment Report for Exploration Licence EL 26628 Part of GR386 Tanami Altura JV Project from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025

Abstract

This report summarises the Partial relinquishment of tenement EL 26628, which form the Tanami Altura Joint venture between Prodigy Gold NL (Prodigy Gold) and Ngunagju Lithium Operations Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pilbara Minerals. EL 26628 is operated by Prodigy Gold. The project area is located approximately 600 km north-northwest of Alice Springs, within the Aileron Province of the Tanami Region. The region is a highly prospective area and is known to host well known gold deposits such as Newmont's Callie deposit and Northern Star's Goldrush deposit. The tenements are being explored for gold mineralisation. Exploration Licence 26628 was granted to Altura Exploration Pty Ltd (Altura) on 1 March 2013, for a six year period. EL 26628 was granted with 211 blocks, or 679.31 km. The EL was subsequently reduced to 206 blocks in 2016 and to 187 blocks in 2021. EL 26628 was part of the deal with Stockton Mining Ltd announced in April 2022 which included the old Pirate Project and 23 surrounding exploration tenements. This deal was terminated in November 2024 and the tenements were returned to Prodigy. Prodigy has reviewed the tenements and has decided to relinquish a large portion of EL 26628. On the relinquished ground from the grant date to 28 February 2025, no on-ground exploration was completed.
