This report documents work undertaken by Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd (RTX) on EL 33077 Kaimana for the period 25/08/2022 to 24/08/2023. EL 33077 was lodged to test the potential for pegmatite hosted lithium mineralisation conceptually associated with GA mapped Sn-W-Ta mineral occurrences at Trew Creek and Juggler, with the Paleoproterozoic Elkedra Granite and with 'pegmatite like' features interpreted from satellite imagery. During the current reporting RTX representatives conducted land access activities engaging with local pastoralists, the CLC and Traditional Owners. Reconnaissance mapping and limited sampling activities were conducted in 4WD accessible portions in the northeast portion of EL 33077 in the vicinity of the Trew Creek occurrence and in the northwest to the south of the Juggler mineral occurrence. Neither the Juggler mineral occurrence or the central north of EL 33077 were visited due to difficulties in negotiating access to southern boundary tracks on Elkedra station. Two samples of specular hematite bearing quartz vein sampled immediately upstream of the Trew Creek occurrence were devoid of Sn-W-Ta. Further multiple traverses of the area in the vicinity of the occurrence failed to find any evidence of workings or alluvial gravels suggesting the location or description of the Trew Creek Sn-W-Ta occurrence are inaccurate. A granite sample collected to the immediate south of the Juggler W-Ta occurrence returned chemistries consistent with metalliferous alkaline granite with weak Sn-W-U and not rare metal fertility. In any both areas, the lack of pegmatite development negates the potential for LCT pegmatite mineralisation. No further work is recommended on Kaimana EL 33077.-
