Abstract

Tennant Gold's Noble Nob Projects comprise a total of 32 mining leases covering 261.8 hectares at Nobles Nob. The Nobles Nob deposit was previously exploited as an underground mine between 1947 and 1965 and subsequently as an open pit from 1967 to 1984. In total, the Nobles Nob and surrounding deposits produced 1.17 million ounces of gold at 17.0 g/t. During the 2018 reporting period Tennant Gold reached a purchase agreement with Territory Resources by which they will explore with the intent of brining to production the Nobles Nob tenements. Since July-2018 a number of desk top option and optimisation studies have been undertaken, at the close of the reporting period this work is still in progress. Field operations during the last quarter of the reporting period consisted of the drilling of 273 Reverse Circulation drill holes for a total of 11,724 m. These holes were drilled at and along the line of strike from Nobles Nob West to Nobles Nob and Rising Sun. At the time of writing final assay results were awaited. There were 4,708 samples taken and sent for analysis. A mixture of 1m individual samples and 4m composite samples were taken. The analysis technique used was a mixture of Gold Fire Assay and 4 Acid Digest Multi Element analysis. The total spend on the Nobles Nob tenements for the reporting period was in excess $1,4 million. Rehabilitation of the drill pads is on-going with all drill holes having been plugged and the removal of the plastic sample bags and scarifying awaiting the return and validation of the final assays. All data is at this stage preliminary with the geological logging data awaiting validation and inclusion into the project data base along with the final assays. As all data is still preliminary and not yet validated no technical review of the new data has occurred. For the same reasons as above no resource updates or new resources have been calculated using the new drilling data. No mining activities took place during the 2018 reporting period. Tennant Gold believes that the Nobles Nob project is still a highly prospective site for gold mineralisation.
