Annual Technical Report Exploration Licence 30483 13 March 2023 to 12 March 2024

Abstract

This report describes exploration conducted over EL 30483 during the reporting period from 13 March 2023 to 12 March 2024. EL 30483, along with five other Exploration Licences and one Mineral Lease, forms the Mount Peak Project approximately 235 km NNW of Alice Springs. The Mount Peake Project is owned and operated by Enigma Mining Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tivan Limited (formerly TNG Limited). The Mount Peake orebody is hosted by a differentiated basic sill. Exploration activity on EL 30483 during the reporting period was limited to desktop technical review. The main focus of the Mount Peake Project was evaluation of a potentially world class Fe-V-Ti deposit. In April 2023 Tivan acquired the Speewah Project in WA, and has since made it the Company's development priority. EL 30483 remains a key asset for Tivan, but is now expected to play a refocused facilitation role in the commercialisation of Speewah and the TIVAN(r) mineral processing technology, through providing initial ore samples to be used in the Company's planned TIVAN Pilot Plant Project in Darwin. Proposed activities on the title include further exploration, including potential drilling. Innovative targeting techniques such as AI may be applied for exploration on the title.
