Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations Program Brownfields Diamond Drilling Final Report Round 17, 2024-2025

Abstract

The West Arnhem Project is located in the western portion of the Arnhem Land Aboriginal Reserve, 28km east of the Gunbalanya (Oenpelli) Aboriginal Community and approximately 300km east of Darwin. The West Arnhem Project consists of four exploration licences, EL 10176, EL 24371, EL 23700 and EL 28316 with a total area of 434.2km2. Initially granted to Cameco Australia Pty Ltd (Cameco), the project is currently operated by DevEx Resources Limited (DEV) who hold the tenements through their wholly owned subsidiary G E Resources Pty Ltd. In the current reporting period, DevEx have completed extensive drilling, limited surface sampling, geophysics (ground gravity, GAIP, PDIP, airborne magnetics and radiometrics, passive seismic), renewal applications for EL 24371 and EL 10176 and the addition of EL 28316 to the reporting group.
