ML 29940 Annual Report 13 February 2016 to 12 February 2017

Abstract

A summary of Bevan James Griesbach 2015-16 mining activity on ML 29940, previously approved under Authorisation 0659-01 with the nominated operator as Dale N Page, includes a total extraction of 2520m3 with a disturbance area of 0.62 ha on YG 7 West Creek. YG 7 pit was excavated to 3 metres. The overburden was removed and stockpiled alongside the pit to enable easy backfilling. All oversized rocks will be backfilled in the pit. The gold bearing ore was trucked to the small alluvial process plant located on the adjacent tenement ML 29933. Gold extraction from ML 29940 was approximately 0.4grams of gold to the metre, with the occasional small gold nugget.
