Bowgan Project Exploration Licence EL 32261 Cresswell Creek Surrender Report Anniversary No.3, 10th June 2024

Abstract

EL 32261 (Creswell Creek) is part of the Bowgan project, located in the Barkly Tablelands region of Northern Territory, approximately 250 km northeast of the regional centre of Tennant Creek. The project consists of five exploration licences; EL 32261 (Creswell Creek) which is the subject of this report, along with EL's 24115 (Bowgan), EL 24195 (Benmara) EL 29082 (East Benmara) and EL 30281 (Coanjula) which are reported separately. Exploration at the Bowgan project is currently targeting economic uranium, heavy rare-earths +/- gold, copper-lead-zinc and diamonds. A review of the tenement was conducted prior to the 3rd anniversary which suggested a limited prospectivity in consideration of the current exploration model in the western and southern portion of EL 32261. A voluntary surrender of 50, out of the 100 originally granted blocks was subsequently requested from the Office of Mineral Titles NT DITT prior to the 3rd Anniversary, dated 10th June 2024. This report presents a summary of all work completed to date by Walhallow Creek No2 Pty Limited on the surrendered portion of EL 32261.
