Final Annual Report EL 28508 for the period 20 July 2011 to 19 July 2023

Abstract

This annual report for the period 20 July 2011 to 19 July 2023 covers the mineral exploration completed by Boab Metals Ltd ('Boab') Exploration Licence EL 28508, covering 12 (40km2) of the Borroloola West Project Group. The Project area is located about 650km southeast of Darwin in the Gulf Country of the Northern Territory. On the eastern side is the township of Borroloola and the McArthur River Mine. Cape Crawford lies to the south of the Project area. The area lies within the Batten Trough of the Middle Proterozoic sediments and minor volcanics of the Tawallah, McArthur and Roper Groups of the McArthur Basin with Cretaceous and Tertiary cover sediments. Boab Metals evalution suggests that is unlikely there is a near surface sediment hosted massive sulphide lead zinc silver deposit hosted in the Barny Creek formation on the EL 28508 tenement. As a result of this review Boab has decided to relinquish the tenement.
