This report documents work undertaken by DPG Resources Australia Pty Ltd (DPG) and Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd on EL 23565 for the period 22 April 2022 to 21 April 2023. Following DPG's successful negotiation of a farm-in agreement with Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd (RTX) for EL 23565 on 23 January 2014, DPG engaged a technical consultant to undertake a tectono-stratigraphic review of the tenement. DPG experienced delays with scheduled meetings with the Northern Land Council (NLC) and the Traditional Owners in 2015, and as a result field work could not be undertaken on EL 23565. In August 2016 a Squirrel Helicopter was mobilized from Darwin for reconnaissance and initial soil, rock chip and stream sediment sampling. Due to the absence of a Traditional Owner of the area the programme was limited. During 2021, DPG obtained approval for a 2022 work plan, following NLC facilitated consultation meetings with Traditional Landowners. This meeting was held in September 2021 at the township of Nucca. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated international and state border closures and specific concerns in the relevant remote communities near the Tenement, it was not possible to undertake geological works during 2021 and the beginning of 2022. In July 2022, DPG formally withdrew from the Farm-in Agreement (in respect of the Tenement) with the Tenement returning to RTX's operatorship. With the license being returned to RTX in mid-2022, a desktop technical review was completed. The outcomes of the review resulted in the identification of new prospective areas of interest for base metal mineralisation and an updated work plan which would be an effective initial test of the areas of interest..-
