Final Annual Technical Report Mineral Lease 30686 21 November 2018 - 29 June 2023

Abstract

This is the Final Annual Report for ML 30686. It describes exploration work conducted over the title during the period from grant on 21 November 2018 to cessation on 29 June 2023, and incorporates the previously unreported period from 20 November 2022 to 29 June 2023. ML 30686 was owned and operated by Enigma Mining Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tivan Limited. It formed part of Tivan's Mount Peake Project approximately 235 km NNW of Alice Springs, along with three other MLs, six Exploration Licences and two Access Authorities. ML 30686 was held as an ancillary title, located at the termination of the haul road and rail siding facility for the Mount Peake mine site. During the period of tenure, across the Mount Peake Project titles the Company realigned planning and regulatory obligations associated with its decisions to move the proposed TIVAN processing plant from Darwin to the Mount Peake mine site, and back again to Darwin. In April 2023 Tivan acquired the Speewah Project in WA, and has since made it the Company's development priority. Accordingly, the Company made the financial decision to relinquish its Mount Peake ancillary titles (MLs and AAs). Tivan retains the main Mount Peake Deposit title (ML 28341) and underlying ELs.
