Abstract

The McArthur River Project is operated by Todd River Metals Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Todd River Resources Limited. The project comprises five exploration licences, EL 27711, EL 30085, EL 31703, EL 31704 and EL 32597 which lie in the McArthur Basin and in the southwestern portion of the Batten Fault Zone. Group reporting was approved in May 2015 (GR367) with a reporting period of 9 July to 8 July. EL 31703 and 31704 were added to this group reporting in January 2019 and EL 32957 in August 2022. No significant field-based exploration has been undertaken during the most recent reporting year. Being based in Western Australia, the company has found coordination of exploration difficult mainly due to the uncertainly created by continued COVID-19 travel restrictions through to April 2022 when less restrictions were imposed by state governments in response to the continuing pandemic. At that stage field programs had been planned for the majority of the year, and while on-ground work was possible at the Mt Hardy project near Yuendumu a field team was not able to make it to the McArthur Project area during the reporting period.
