Abstract: In May 2018 ABM Resources NL changed its name to Prodigy Gold NL (Prodigy). The Birrindudu project comprises Exploration Licences 5889, 28326 31332 and 23523. It is situated approximately 250km east-southeast of Halls Creek, in the north-western portion of the Tanami Desert (Figure 1). A request to amalgamate EL 23523 (granted on 11 Dec 2017) into GR 163 Birindudu was approved on 15 October 2018. Prodigy is exploring the tenements for gold as well as base metals mineralisation. A total of 6 samples surface samples were collected during a 1 day helicopter site visit. The best gold assay value result of 0.003 ppm came from a Fe and Mn rich semi silicified siltstone sample (Sample ID G113501) in the North West corner of EL 28326 near the 'CGSG 11' target. A project focused desktop study involved the compilation of historic exploration data, geology and geophysics - plus the 2017 regional desk top review completed by Corporate Geoscience Group (CGSG) consultants for Prodigy. It included base metals in particular Co, Ni and resulted in a prioritised list which comprised the exploration recommendations as well. As a result the 2018 review added 3 targets to the 5 targets highlighted by CGSG in 2017. These three saprolite gold anomalies are Old Soldier, Bogardus (Callie-style targets) and Black Bug (Hyperion / Crusade style target) which were defined from historical drilling. The Old Soldier and Black Bug target prospects are also associated with anomalous base metal assays hosted in pyroxenitic units in layered mafic intrusives. Proposed follow-up exploration includes field mapping, including assessment of suitability of further surface geochemical sampling, reconnaissance and infill aircore drilling and RC drilling to test for bedrock mineralization.
